Join us on the last Sunday of every month for a gentle morning of herbal tea, meaningful conversation, breathwork and calming sound. Each gathering explores a different wellness or motherhood theme, creating a welcoming space to connect, share wisdom and support one another through every stage of motherhood. Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby, raising children, or sharing your wisdom as a grandmother, you're warmly invited to be part of this beautiful community.
