A Note from the Founder
Breath’in was born from a need for self-regulation and emotional well-being. After years of working in community services, I personally experienced burnout and the impact of emotional strain. Through breathwork, I discovered a simple yet powerful way to restore balance. Today, I am dedicated to sharing these tools, ensuring that wellness is not just something we pursue—but something we embody every day.
