Breath for Connection About This Event In honour of October Mental Health Month, Breath’in invites you to a special gathering designed to support emotional well-being through breath, sound, and community. This session combines cacao, guided breathwork, and connection activities to create a safe space for release, awareness, and heart-centered conversation around mental health. Together, we’ll pause, reconnect, and restore balance. What to Expect 🍫 Cacao on Arrival – Open your heart and ground into presence. 💨 Regulation Breath Practices – Simple tools to calm your nervous system. 🤝 Connection & Discussion – Sharing and reflection around mental health in a safe group setting. 🌊 Breathwork for Release – A guided session to let go of stored stress and tension. 🎶 Sound Integration – Crystal bowls and percussion to soothe and reset. ✨ Take-Home Skills – Practices you can use daily to support regulation. Breathwork may not be suitable if you have: Cardiovascular issues (high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke history) Epilepsy or seizure disorders Severe respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, lung disease) Severe anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, or trauma history Schizophrenia, psychosis, or other serious mental health conditions Glaucoma or retinal issues Pregnancy or early postpartum Recent surgeries or injuries History of fainting or dizziness Please inform Breath’in of any medical conditions prior to attending. By joining, you confirm you do not have any of the listed conditions and release Breath’in from liability.

Booking and Scheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance, and we recommend scheduling all sessions upon purchase to secure your preferred times. If you need to reschedule, please reschedule online.
